Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kabu. We handcraft each product with care, and we want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Slovenia)
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.
Orders are shipped via trusted courier services with tracking information provided.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please note that unexpected delays (such as customs checks, postal strikes, or holiday periods) may occur and are outside our control.
